Coastal Power

Coastal power explores new developments in sustainable energy around the coastline of Scotland, notably wave power, tidal power and offshore wind turbines and the role that The University of Edinburgh is playing in this. It is part of the Coastal Power exhibition which is currently at Satrosphere Aberdeen and will show at Glasgow Science Centre and other venues in Scotland during 2012. Coastal Power is funded in the School of Physics and Astronomy, the University of Edinburgh by the Scottish Government. The principal investigator on the project is Clive Greated and co-investigators are Ian Bryden, Tom Bruce and David Forehand.
