The company sent me an offer to work in a job as a project manager in London, but wanted me to contact someone in London to work for me a visa and work permit because they do not have permits or visas

I recd. an Offer / Appointment letter from Limpet Oil Company, London. But they advised to contact their nominated Agent for getting Work Permit, Visa etc. As advised, inetially I have to spend for that and latter it will be Reimbushed. I failed to understand the Genuinity of thi case.
Please advise me what to do.
