While it was filmed in Florida, it was not a Disney Film, rather a Warner Brothers film.

Mr. Limpet is often thought of as a Disney film due to animate sequences, as some of the animators who worked for Disney in the 1940s assisted in the character design.

what they first guy said and it is one of the nicest movies out, hope they don’t ruin it by remaking a curretn version.
